Object Oriented Petri Net Tool
Neužil, Antonín ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This work deals with the development and use of a graphical editor of object-oriented Petri nets implemented in the PNtalk language. First, Petri nets that expand over time are described here. They are followed by a description of the object-oriented paradigm. Next, the structure of object-oriented Petri nets in the implementation of PNtalk is described here. Further work presents a description of the application design, which shows the entire structure of the application from the perspective of views. The main motivation for creating this tool is the effort to make object-oriented Petri nets accessible to their users. The application was implemented in the JavaFX framework and the whole procedure is given in the following chapter together with testing. The result of the work is presented in the examples contained in the last chapter, which also contains detailed manuals for controlling the application. The tool in cooperation with the PNtalk server enables users to work more pleasantly with OOPN and their visual appearance.
Experimental Software Musical Instrument Controlled by Light Color
Liska, Matej ; Indrák, Michal (referee) ; Dlouhý, Dan (advisor)
Bachelor thesis contains the theory for realization of experimental software instrument controlled by light color. It brings knowledge of sound and light waves and color pro- cessing. Besides others, it describes process of generating digital signals using additive synthesis, methods of signal processing and sonification techniques. It solves program- ming possibilities of creating, processing, playing and saving digital audio signals. The audio source is written in Java language on the JavaFX programming platform.
Client-server search engine for optimal public transport routes
Brát, Daniel ; Hošek, Jiří (referee) ; Myška, Vojtěch (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a client-server based program for finding the optimal path in public transport networks. Theoretical basics describe the Traveling salesman problem and mention some methods for finding its solution. This chapter is followed by a theoretical design of the application itself. Next chapter describes chosen technologies to be used. The last chapter describes the realization of the application itself. Reached goals are described in the conclusion.
Graphical User Interface for Packet Generator
Chromčák, Michal ; Kováčik, Michal (referee) ; Matoušek, Jiří (advisor)
According to increasing requirements on speed of different software and hardware components, there are solutions, which can, by principle,  reach better parameters, then solutions commonly known. One of them is to use software with hardware acceleration on the field of generating synthetic network traffic. Exactly this way a packet generator was implemented, in current version without graphical user interface. But to let this system spread into the target group of users, there is need to implement also this interface. This bachelor's thesis describes proposal of graphical interface, its implementation in JavaFX programming language, testing on real users and tutorial demonstrating how to use this interface.
System to Monitor Application Usage
Nevřela, Marek ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
Master’s thesis describes development of the system which monitores a mobile application usage on the Android platform. The aim is to create the system which collects data in the background of a mobile application automatically and is able to analyze them. The thesis analyses the existing systems and proposes requirements for the new system based on them. Design of the whole system to monitor mobile application usage is the next part of the thesis. Design and implementation of mobile part, desktop application and server part of the systems and communication between them are described in the individual chapters.
Monitoring of human body in videosequence
Plačko, Michal ; Šmirg, Ondřej (referee) ; Číka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with human body detection and gestures tracking in videosequences. First, processing of videosequences in general is described. Further, different methods of human body detection are described and represented by significant papers. The most of the attention is focused on detection by real AdaBoost algorithm based on Haar-like features and Edgelet features. The practical part starts with selection of method that is implemented in this thesis. This method is detection by real AdaBoost based on Haar-like features. Further, different options of videosequence processing in JAVA are researched with justification of choice OpenCV library with JavaCV wrapper, which is used in this thesis. In the end, application itself is described, including description of GUI and description of each class and its functionality.
An Application for Creative Writing
Magdolen, Patrik ; Podivínský, Jakub (referee) ; Krčma, Martin (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis deals with the design and the implementation of the application, supposed to support comfortable writing of prose and offer helpful features like a management of chapters, characters and notes. It is able to automatically detect titles of chapters and names of characters in text. Application also offers other functions assisting the writer, including a name generator and an ability to set goals. The application includes multilingual multiplatform modern and personalizable GUI, which focuses on aesthetic, practicality and lucidity. Results of a usage of the application are exported into output file of various types.
Information System For Employees and Salaries Records
Ondria, Jozef ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis aimed to design and create an information system for employees and salary records. The system is based on a client-server architecture and uses multiple technologies. First, the MySQL system was chosen for the database implementation, PHP language and CodeIgniter framework for the REST server interface, and lastly Java for both the desktop and also Android mobile client application. The implemented system offers the ability to calculate employees' salaries, record their attendance, manage their accounts along with their personal and work data, and manage the legislative and company data as well.
Code Generation from Object Oriented Petri Nets
Kelemen, Erik ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis focuses on transformation model described by object oriented Petri net to sequence diagram, which allows reverse mapping to original description. As a solution is used discrete simulation of model described in PNtalk language. Result of work is fully automated generator, which generates sequence diagram according to gathered data from simulation. Generator aims for minimal loss of relevant information and presenting valid sequence diagram.
Automated Web Page Analysis
Vaňků, Nikita ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to create an application for World Wide Web page analysis. JavaFX framework with using of graph database OrientDB has been chosen as implementation language. Application is capable of analysis small to medium based web domain and creating their structure.
